The complete cell comes from a single manufacturer: robot, positioner, linear track, control cabinet and welding power source.
Headstock and tailstock with servo motor, for long parts.
Rotation and tilt to weld in the flat position.
Two axes on an L-shaped arm, with free access around the part.
Station exchange while the robot welds the other one.
Robot controller, with emergency stop and main switch.
